About SanRok ni Bevec
Est. 2020, by family.
“SanRok” and “ni Bevec” are family names, painted right on the sign in the El Toro & Trabuco shopping center — the same names behind every pot on the stove.

The idea
A Filipino kitchen, run by the family.
SanRok ni Bevec Pinoy Cuisine is a small, family-owned Filipino restaurant in Lake Forest, serving traditional home-cooked dishes, pastries, and desserts since 2020 — from sizzling sisig and slow-braised kare-kare to fresh turon and halo-halo, made the way our family has always made it.
We started catering top-rated Filipino food out of Lake Forest in 2020, and opened our small storefront so neighbors could stop in for the same dishes we’d bring to a party — quarter, half, or full tray, any day of the week.

What we believe
Home cooking, shared generously.
Cooked the Family Way
Every recipe on the menu is a family recipe — sisig, kare-kare, and turon made the way our family has always made them, not shortcuts.
Fresh Off the Fryer
Lumpia, turon, and kwek-kwek are fried to order — you'll see the team plating them straight out of the fryer under the heat lamp.
Small Place, Big Portions
We're a small, family-run counter — quick service, clean space, and generous quarter, half, and full-tray portions built for sharing.
Est. 2020
Since 2020, our family has been catering and cooking top-rated Filipino food for Lake Forest — from weeknight takeout to full-tray catering.

Behind the counter
Fried, simmered, and plated by hand.
Turon and lumpia are rolled and fried to order, the sisig hits the plate still sizzling, and the big-batch stews — kare-kare, caldereta, sinigang — have been simmering since morning.
Behind the scenes
A little glimpse in.
